El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La atención es excelente. Posee pileta cubierta y gimnasio. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, amplias y con un amplio baño con jacuzzi. Es cercano al aeropuerto y al centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es adecuado.|

Great stay!! room was BIG and very nice, had a jetted tub and was a really nice breakfast. The beds and pillows were really comfy and the room climate control was perfect. I had a great view and me and the pups really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good with cheese omlet, sausage, potatos and/or waffles, juices, chai...was great!

Made reservations months ago with a group of friends and someone canceled them, not one of us. Getting them reinstated took talking to a manager. When we arrived, there was still a question by the receptionist whether they had our reservation. Apparently the rooms were all booked and we had no option but to take what they had left. The room was shoddy. Threshold into bathroom was a safety hazard, held in place by one screw. Bathroom floor tile was old and grout was missing in spots, tile loose. Mattresses were worn out, leaning in one direction. Other one was hard. Pillows were nice. Cushioned chair did not fit in the small room and was shoved sideways against the wall to be able to walk through the room without bumping into it. Cushion was soiled and stained. Would not stay here again.

this hotel looks pretty rough on the outside. Our sink did not drain and the bathtub did not drain but very slowly. We had very lousy, noisy neighbors. The breakfast bar is lacking, healthy choices. For the amount we paid, we would definitely not stay there ever again.

Great location by Western Colorado University. Booked the deluxe room, felt it was worth the extra dollars to get aroom twice the size! It is a "motel" with rooms enter from the outside. Has a decent pool and hot tub.

This hotel is 2 story with no elevator. The room we were in was a good size and on 1st floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable and came with a little frig and microwave. There is no carpet on the floors and that is great IMO. The bathroom is huge and there is an extra sink outside the bathroom. The room has a jacuzzi tub and it was great to relax in. Our stay was nice and quiet.

Hot tub jets don’t work. No freezer and fridge doesn’t get cold. Shower head is 5’ tall and I’m 6’1”. First room we went to was not cleaned. They didn’t believe me and went to check. Came back and told me to wait while they called whoever cleans them. It was 8pm. Then moved us to different room. No sundries provided or restocked. Coffee tastes like dish soap and went to breakfast that opens at 630 and the gentleman said he would do it when he felt the need. The lady that does the am breakfast is on point though and very professional. Great location. Bad service.

Rooms are decent. Clean but in need of a few repairs. The night before we left, we came back to our room being only HALF cleaned, which felt uncomfortable unknowing if our beds were clean (beds sheets and blankets were pulled up and messy). There was also a hand towel on the floor right as we walked into the room. When brought to the attention of management, we were offered another room. Not wanting to move all of our things just to leave first thing in the morning, I said no. They apologized but no offer of any other solution.
