They make top of the line gear. To be honest, I have many packs and tool bags from other companies and nothing compares to the quality of SOE. The owner (John) himself is very reasonable and honest. Read their policies and how things are done as some things take time.

Never received the belt I ordered on 3/31/24. And no response to my email requesting a refund. Seems I’ve been scammed out of $65. Beware of this company! Do not give them your money.

***update: 10/01/24 Still no word from this company. I’ve been scammed out of $65. I am contacting the better business bureau to report this organization.

Myself and a friend visited Camden and stopped in at SOE. John and his crew were very nice as we browsed some of their gear. I ended buying a micro rig. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of it and love that it’s handmade right here in my home state of TN. I look forward to acquiring more gear from them.

Great American made product! Built to last, customer service is great, lead time for delivery depends on product ordered but never fails to impress and is built to last. I have multiple orders from them ranging from belts to gym bags duffle bag and tool bags, wallet and slings for my rifles. I am a lifetime customer! 10/10 recommend to all!

SOE makes wonderful gear BUT I returned a belt on order 209117 and the belt was received by SOE 6/2/23 on USPS tracking # 9505512399783151713501. I never got a replacement (size 40). What I paid for the belt was returned by Paypal but not the $10 SOE asks you to put in the box when send a belt back. Great products but I feel dupped now.

Have been doing business here for the past few months. Everything I have ever bought has arrived in a timely fashion and quality second to none. Have been to the shop a couple of times and have found the owner and his wife, nice and knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Will continue to do business here for many years to come.

*Update* I am more than two years doing business with this company and between online and in-person buying have bought a little over 10 thousand worth of merchandise. I’ve had exactly 1 issue and it was of my own making. I ordered the wrong item. I sent an email, John and Amanda corrected it immediately. I have been to the shop now more times than I can count and treated like family every single time since the very first time. And every time has been a learning experience.

SOE makes the absolute best bombproof tactical and lifestyle gear on this planet. Do not fool yourselves to ever think Amazon, Wish, BH, LB, or any other maker makes anything even remotely close or better.

I'm an older guy living in the 'burbs who never thought I would have a need for nylon tactical gear. Yes, I have a "name brand" leather gun belt and it does a tolerable job. After checking out SOE, I bought an EDC belt in all black. From order to arrival, it was less than 1 week. I have never had a sturdier or more comfortable belt!
