I cannot say enough good things about True Blue Wellness!!! I started going to Jazmine in 2021 when daily migraines were my life and it was difficult to function. CST worked incredibly well and was able to improve my life significantly. Not only is it great for migraines, but now I utilize it for neck pain as well as stress reduction. Jazmine has been amazing…she truly cares for her clients and finds time in her schedule to fit me in if I’m having a rough week with migraines. Walking in to any appointment, I feel an instant calming energy that continues the duration of the visit. I can honestly say CST allowed me to become me again after two years of severe migraines.

3 months ago I googled “lymphatic massage near me”. Found Jazmine Jade CST-T, LMT website and booked an consultation. Onboarding process was straightforward. I was unsure of what massage technique would work best so I tried Lymphatic Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Massage Therapy. I found the Craniosacral Therapy and Massage Therapy to be the most beneficial. Combining therapy from Jazmine and my chiropractor has brought me to my first pain free days in years. My chiropractor has also started therapy with Jazmine! During the last 3 months I noticed many other improvements as well. My lifelong seasonal allergies gone. My blood pressure has dropped 30 points. Relief from the tendonitis in my wrist(gone). Being able to breathe in deeply. Asthma has been a life long issue. Be able to breath through my nose! That’s one of my favorites! But the absolute best is the sense of calm and composure I feel throughout the entire week. Wait, maybe the “no pain” is the best? Thankful to have found Jazmine!

Initially hesitant to try out a new CST practitioner, I was desperate. My apprehension to try someone new had been confounded by a healthy dose of bias - she seemed quite young, too young perhaps, to be effective at CST. She also appeared to be 'dual-hatted' as both self-proclaimed artist and CST.

If it were not for my former CST retiring, I would not be in the position of trying someone new. Alas, the great Gary who eradicated 85% of migraines and severe vertigo years earlier was gone- he sold his home and possessions and bought a boat with his wife to live out their remaining years on the water.

At the time, I thought to myself "well which is it - is she an artist or is she a CST? Surely she can't be effective at both..."

Half-begrudgingly, I pep talked myself into booking a first appointment online and that was that - I was either on my way toward true healing, or toward wasted time, money, effort and hope, on someone new.

Months and maybe even a year + later, after multiple CST appointments and multiple reiki sessions (both distance and in-person), I blab about and recommend Jazmine to everyone I care about, including deployed friends, and those I don't know well but have disclosed health issues or an ailing pet to me.

Since meeting her, Jazmine has changed my life in countless and extraordinary ways. Her gifts are numerous and her range of healing abilities are not fully describe-able in words. Not only has she helped heal my physical body, mind and soul, I witnessed with my own eyes, her ability to comfort and bring aid to my sick dog while healing him from afar.

Selfishly speaking, I am ultra glad to have been wrong about my biases toward Jazmine. I believe her to be an extra special, necessary and unique gift for this earth, and cannot imagine my life without her in it.
