Mi experiencia in My Left Foot Children's Terapy es una experiencia increible.le doy gracias a Dios por haver conocido a My left foot Children's terapy...el trato es muy bueno los terapeutas increibles..yo considero que es la mejor terapias fisicas que hay en las vegas.Hola mi nombre es Mayelin y tengo una niña con Atrofia Muscular Spinal(SMA)su nombre es Saily y la verdad les comento que e buscado terapias para mi niña y donde unico mi niña a avansado en sus terapias es en My Left Foot,mi niña ahora hace cosas que antes no hacia como por ejemplo inflar un globo y ahora lo hace como si nada estoy muy contenta con My Left Foot porq ellos an ayudado a mi niña a mejorar su estado de vida..se los recomiendo al 100% no se van a arrepentir es una experiencia maravillosa..thank you My Left Foot for help my baby...thank you so much.?❤️?

All the therapist have been wonderful with my son and the front office staff is kind also. My issue is with the cancellation policy. My son has therapy 3 times a week. We have good attendance but there was one week my son had doctors appt. Because he had a rash on his face-not a sick visit. And then. About two weeks after I was sick and had to leave work therefore I cannot take him to therapy as I am the only one that can lift him in and out of the car etc. I got a call reminding me that basically that my son missed more days his permanent spot on that day would be in jeopardy of being cancelled. 2 visits and that was the call I got. We go 3 times a week. I will add before and after those two missed visits the facility cancelled on us about 4 times. Probably because people are human and get sick and have to call off work. But for children and single moms it’s a problem missing two days. Also I agree someone posted below the bathrooms do not cater to children with special needs which is sad because this is a children’s therapy center.

If you're building a facility for special needs kids, it would make sense to include amenities for those who can't use the toilet and need changing. That way, I won't have to change my son on a dirty floor.

The staff and therapists are great. It’s the company that is complete garbage.

edit we have been attending therapy with this company for almost 9 years. With reliable attendance AND continued care and therapies at home both family and nursing staff we did as we were asked at ALL times. They (management only. Bless the public facing staff they really are trying)still treat people like fodder.

Every year theres a change in attendance, paperwork needed and any number of small changes because the policy continues to be trash. They take patients in then just jerk people around like toys then try to cite policy. Read it carefully as the upper management doesn’t know what they are doing. I feel for those poor public facing employees as they get hit with the fallout. Unfair and should be against the law to do the things the business side does. There is no ‘permanent’ spot. You just get a schedule until management changes policy just to remove existing clients to appeal to new. Sorry but older kids still need therapy. Fire upper management or get them to use their brains because if this is the best they got… the public and the patients deserve bare minimum at least.

They NEVER answer the calls or return voicemails, I’ve been trying to schedule my son’s appointment for 2 months. I sent them back the intake forms with our information on it and still nothing. If your pediatrician refers you here I would straight off the bat ask for a referral to somewhere else, this place is so unprofessional. I’d understand if it took a few days but after months of trying to schedule and leaving MULTIPLE voicemails and not hearing back at all is just ridiculous and rude. This place is supposed to be helpful.

02.20.2024--Be careful with this new management, they will deceive you and threaten you as well. Therapist are dropping like flies since new management took place in December of 2023. We have been going to this place for 7 years and this new management has been the worst. I feel so bad for the children and the therapist.

11.05.3023: Management needs to recruit speech therapist that actually want to show up for their patients and have them succeed in their goals.

*Update* Communication with scheduling is very poor and I really hope the management get this handled.

The management here use to be really good. I have been coming here for 4 1/2 years with my two boys. The scheduling team gets new people ever week. They mess up on scheduling and take your reserves away with out even telling you, then it takes FOREVER to get another reserve. I have been waiting over a month for a manager to call me and I have filled out the concerns and compliance. I am so sad and sick how the management don't care about the children but hey it's Nevada what else do you expect. I also get the state is completely short staffed because of Governor has decided to up the unemployment payment to $533 a week so people would rather sit on their butt then work. But this doesn't mean my child needs to be ignored. Get it together management seriously. The therapist are GREAT but the management is what needs to be worked on.

I know I was going to be late for my sons Max appointment as there was an accident on 95 and I called scheduling department to make them aware of it. The lady on the phone was very professional and polite, assured us that we will still be seen when we get to the Jones location. As I walked in and asked the staff if they received the call they did reply yes with that rude smirk on their faces and told me that my son won’t be seen as we are late… I asked them why they didn’t call me to let me know that my son won’t be seen for his feeding/speech therapy for which he has been waiting for 6 months to get it and they rudely replied that they are sorry for not calling me… someone needs to teach them some good customer service skills and how to do their job properly.
