Our son was four years and a half when he started therapy with Claudia. First we had a telephone conversation in which she explained the next steps and then she came home to do the evaluation. I was impressed by Claudia's professionalism and warmth with our little one. The evaluation was very thorough and I was present at all times. My son had a lot of fun with the games that they were playing and I was surprised that Claudia could keep him interested and focused on pronouncing sounds for a whole hour! After that, Claudia sent us the evaluation and we decided to go ahead with the therapy.

Claudia was always very punctual and communicative. Most importantly, our son adored her! We could tell she had his best interests at heart. After each session, she would send a summary of how it went, and also gave us homework to keep on working on what they'd learned.

After more than 5 months of not seeing Claudia, our son still remembers her and mentions how much fun he had and even how much she helped him. When he first started, he wasn't able to pronounce sounds like "d", "r", "l" and after only a few months, he could do it, and now he shows no problem including these sounds in words and sentences. Claudia was genuinely so happy when he showed progress that it truly melted my heart.

We will always be thankful for Claudia's support and patience throughout this process. She is extremely knowledgeable and she knows how to get the most out of young kids. She is patient and loving, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
