Hi, I had an excellent stay here. Antonina is very knowledgeable of everything nutrition, so the food was tasty and very healthy. I found the room to be comfortable and decorated in a nice way. I enjoyed that it was both the great yoga of Antonina and t'ai chi in the afternoon from another teacher, I enjoyed the variation. Looking out from my window now, I miss the beautiful surroundings of this retreat; up in the mountains with these vistas and great country roads for hiking. I would like to return.:)

I loved every minute of the time I spent at Harmony Home! It was my first time doing yoga and meditation and it was great to receive so much dedicated, very professional coaching time. Antonina is not only a fantastic yoga teacher, she also puts the most amazing Ayurveda dishes on the table. The location of the property is stunning and Antonina and Alfonso are exceptional hosts. I spent two weeks at Harmony Home with Antonina. It was one of the highlights of my entire year! The property is stunning, is filled with plant life and olive trees, and faces one of the most beautiful mountain ranges I have ever seen. For each meal, we were provided the freshest, most delicious locally sourced food. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful conversations with Antonina about yoga and building a harmonious, balanced life.

Outside of practicing yoga and meditation, we relaxed in the pool, walked the rolling hills of the surrounding neighborhood, and enjoyed excursions to small villages and nearby nature attractions. I am immensely grateful for the intention and care Antonina has invested to create such a magical place to decompress, learn, and nourish one's body and spirit. Thank you!

This place has everything - charm, tranquility, stunning mountainside views.. Antonina and her husband run a fantastic program (I did Ayurvedic course for 7 nights) full of yoga/exercise, relaxation, amazing (and healthy) food, all in the right proportions - the agenda is inspiring but not overwhelming. Great for anyone who is looking for a detox, or just to come back feeling fit and healthy. Antonina herself is remarkably knowledgeable on matters such as diet, cooking and physical and mental health and you will come away much enlightened! A life changing experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I absolutely recommend this gorgeous place! I was there for two weeks and enjoyed not only the beautiful view and every lovely detail in Harmony Home, but especially the presence of Antonina and Alfonso who are so welcoming and make you feel like home immediately. I enjoyed amazing and healthy food, inspiring conversations and learned a lot about yoga, ayurveda and myself - it was really a great time! The place is also a nice starting point for beautiful hiking trips. There are so many more things to add to the list, but go and see on your own, I am sure you will have an amazing time too 🙂
