Si te alojas en Torrox en vacaciones o vives allí, os recomiendo pasar por el centro Ayurveda.
El ambiente es relajante y acogedor, y Monika fue muy profesional y amable. El masaje que recibí me dejó renovada!

Wij hebben een massage geboekt tijdens onze week verlof in Torrox. Wat een heerlijke ervaring. Heel ontspannend en toch genoeg druk op de spieren. Uitbaters zijn super vriendelijk en zorgen dat je je op je gemak voelt. Ik raad dit zeker aan en indien ik nog in de buurt ben, kom ik terug.

Beautiful place with beautiful people. I had the possibility to join a qigong and also a Ayurveda massage. Both was a great experience! I was welcome by the teacher and student and had a lovely chat after the class. Luckily I also got a massage the same day. Started with 5 min in the sauna - perfect! The oil was heated and made the best massage experience I ever had. The masseuse was very professional and skilled. Best way to finish the holiday ?

I had 2 fantastic massages with Monika on a recent vacation at Torrax. My back was really tight & stiff, but Monika worked really hard on it & released the tension. She was amazing! The knots were all gone and the tightness that I’d felt was released. Really knowledgeable and lovely. Highly recommend.

Sehr entspannte und professionelle Massage... Beheizte Matte, warmes Öl, angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich war total begeistert und gehe das nächste Mal wieder hin wenn ich in Torrox bin! Monika weiß was sie tut und gibt auch drumherum Tips und Empfehlungen... Man merkt, dass ihr die Kunden wichtig sind und nicht einfach durchgeschleust werden. Sehr zu empfehlen ?

Zum ersten mal haben wir hier eine Detox-Woche erlebt und sind total begeistert.
Wir hatten schon Erfahrungen mit Aryuvedischen Behandlungen in Indien und SriLanka gemacht, aber Monika`s Behandlungen haben alles übertroffen.
Ihre wertschätzende, bescheidene, einfühlsame und taktvolle Herangehensweise zeichnet sie aus. Ihre individuelle, jeweils auf die einzelne Person abgestimmte Behandlung & Begleitung, heben ihre Professionalität und vielseitige Kompetenz in besondere Weise hervor.
Die Detox-Woche,- mit Beratung, Austausch, Reissuppen, Yoga u.v.m.- ,hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen.Wir verspüren immer noch die heilende Wirkung auf Körper und Seele.
