The staff at Gravity Haus Winter Park are really what make this location so amazing! From bartenders, to kitchen staff, to housekeeping staff/maintenance, and management, they are all amazing and you can tell they care a lot about their customers. This location is in a great spot and if you're a remote worker, there's a nice co-working space upstairs - really the only one in town, so it's a great perk. Highly recommend getting a Gravity Haus membership if you plan on coming to Winter Park or any of the other locations somewhat often!

My son and I shared a powder room that had a king bed and twin size trundle. We also had our dog with us. Our dog got dog poop on the bed the first night we were there and I went to the front desk and asked if I could please have a comforter replacement it was about 8am and he said no problem. Once it was around 5pm I went back and asked another staff member if I could please have a new blanket and she said that they didn’t have a single extra because they were fully booked. How does that make sense? You have a hotel in a very busy ski town and you allow dogs but you don’t have a single extra comforter? That means that they are not being washed between uses! The floor in our room was super dirty and our feet got dirt all over them just after a couple minutes of walking inside without socks on. There was complimentary coffee but no napkins or paper towels and no stir sticks? The shower floor was also really dirty and looked like there was black mold growing. The trundle bed was fine but it didn’t have any wheel locks so anytime my son was moving around during the night, the bed would move and hit my bed and make a loud noise. There was also a lot of noise outside I didn’t realize the walls were so thin. Anytime anyone walked by we could hear everything even with the fan on high. I’m just very disappointed. I also texted the phone number they gave that says you can reach out 24/7 with any needs and no one ever responded! It’s been almost 24 hours and I still have not gotten a response! We were freezing cold all night and couldn’t sleep well because we only had one thin twin size comforter to use. They also never came and got the dirty one. It’s been 2 days and I still have not heard from them and I emailed and texted them.

We stayed here twice over the summer and had two wonderful stays! The staff really sets this place apart from other hotels in summit county. Mindy and Will, among others, are amazing! They truly care about making their guests stays special. We had our goldendoodle with us and they gave him love every time they had a second to escape from their busy agendas. The bar/restaurant and coffee shop (their breakfast burrito is killer), location of the hotel, and the quality of the rooms are great as well. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gravity Haus in Winter Park. The rooms are clean and updated, the area is good and the tacos great. The staff is wonderful. And coffee delicious. We will definitely stay again.

Loved my stay! Clean rooms with all the basics plus more for comfort. Great location. Excellent, friendly staff! Nice coffee & bites at the relaxing, dog-friendly bar & grill. Will stay again!

Great stay, will return. The furniture in our room was a little rundown, but we wanted a great location with a great price and we got it. Staff was very well trained and friendly. They're running a good business here.
