Tanto mi esposo como yo quedamos totalmente satisfechos con la ayuda que le brindo la terapista Charlene a nuestro hijo de 3 años, estuvimos en terapia por 5 meses y gracias a la amabilidad y profesionalismo que siempre tuvo Charlene con nuestro hijo el tuvo excelentes resultados para su fluidez en el habla, ella siempre le brindo mucha paciencia y material dinamico para llevar a cabo cada ejercicio y conseguir interes en el. Estamos muy satisfechos tanto con la terapeuta como con la oficina que siempre mantuvo una comunicación clara con nosotros. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Mala experiencia en situación con mi bebe, nunca supieron dar una respuesta a ese evento , solo que la terapista era de carácter fuerte y que los niños después se acostumbran a ellla ‍♀️ , me parece poco profesional e irresponsable la respuesta

Some of the therapists, including supervisors, at Herman & Associates are unprofessional and unreliable! They will raise your hope for services, only to shoot it down unexpectedly. Leadership and appropriate communication do not exist here. At least that was my experience. They were not there for my daughter when needed...only a bunch of empty promises for services that they did not deliver on.

My daughter now has a great team of ABA therapists working with her and is making tremendous progress with speech. In fact, it's been just a few months and she has transitioned from nonverbal to verbal!

I went into the office for the first time to get some information for my child I knocked on the glass window there was no one in the front desk but there was a young man named Dean in the back with a cell phone on his hand which everyone can see from the front window of the lobby. And while waiting in the lobby There was a therapist that was talking to a parent about their child and I could hear everything that they were discussing about the child. I as a mom will not bring my child to this place where other people can hear the conversation of the therapist about my child which should be private by HIPAA rules they should talk in a room. Adriana did my child’s evaluation and took over two month to finish and my child was without therapy entire time, longer because they then had to send my child’s report to the pediatrician to sign and then to the insurance. When I first called they took a very long time to find a therapist for my child. The lobby was clean while waiting, the office furniture needs updating the chairs are gross and stained, there is a Childrens table that needs to be thrown out, this place looks like a low income facility. The therapist’s rooms are very small they’re about the size of the bathroom and they are very crowded with junk it looks like a hoarders episode. I came early in the morning for my child’s appointment and there was a homeless man sleeping on a picnic table, when I went to the bathroom it smelled really bad there were diapers in the trashcan and there was poop on the toilet seat and no toilet paper, they do not have changing tables for your child. This place looks run down from the furniture to the over crowded therapist rooms. It looks very unprofessional for your business and it should be taken care of ASAP.

The staff has been great as a whole however Adriana is extraordinary! She’s seen my daughter for the better part of 2 years, and my daughter has improved a lot! On top of that Adriana has gone way above, and beyond, and has the patience of a saint to help with my daughter. She is always flexible with schedule changes. I would highly recommend anyone who has children to go here, and ask for her. She is a kind person, and words could never say thank you to all that she does and is genuinely an amazing therapist (and person) who will do the most and always gives ?! My daughter has improved so much because of her work and dedication to helping
