I'm here to support the comment of M.Dee, I agree with you, they employ people who have been in the US for a short time, and they do not speak or understand English, many of them are rude and disrespectful, and they have no education to be there, and the administration does not care or do anything about it, In addition, they allow entry to children who are completely sick and it can be visibly noticed, with green and yellow mucus coming out of their nose. it would be good if all the parents who have gone through these and other situations sent letters of complaint to the corporate department, who are surely unaware of what is happening in this daycare, Parents, this place is not what they make you believe it is, And without forgetting to mention Yamilet, one of the women who is at the front desk at the entrance of the daycare, she is the most unpleasant person, rude, vulgar, ill-mannered, no professional ethics, lacks good manners and as a teacher she must be a complete disaster, talking to this woman is like interacting words with an iceberg, Just for your records: " Don't put your children in this place, otherwise you will regret it later"

As soon as I expressed my concern of a bi lingual staff, they turned me around. I forgot how racist south Florida is. How can you teach preschool if you don't speak English Then try to perceive it as me being racist instead as a tactic. U have all kinds of folks in Miami so why limit your entire staff

As a first time parent I was so nervous to put my baby anywhere. I finally toured La petite academy, and it was beautiful and CLEAN. It is one of the pricier ones in the area, but non even came close in comparisons.
My once shy, defiant, son has really blossomed in the 6 months he’s been in this preschool. The teachers seem to really care for him and genuinely love what they do. And I feel like they are establishing a strong foundation for him academically for the future.

They are very understanding that I have a difficult work schedule and can’t volunteer often, and still make sure my son is equally included in all events.

I’m so grateful for my experience this far.

Update
This school literally was the best I could’ve ever asked for, once my son entered the preschool 2 class, he really blossomed with the help of Ms.Monica.
We are eternally grateful for La Petite and recommend it to anyone who wants someone to love their kids as their own, yet teaches them, and aids them in hitting and surpassing developmental milestones.

I put my 2 year old daughter in this school for two reasons; first, they have cameras inside the school that I can access, and secondly they are 2 minutes away from my home. I had read the reviews on Yelp and I knew it wasn't going to be great but I decided to give them a chance because maybe I wouldn't run into the problems other people have; but I did. My daughter has attended 6 weeks in total but she was sick for two weeks therefore her experience there was only within a 4 week timeframe. My daughter was bit 3 times and (twice in one week( and I saw a child grab a toy and hit her on the head twice and of course the teachers back was turned so my daughter was just there crying as I was watching all of this through the camera. I quickly called this incident in and of course they're only good at one thing... apologizing... that's it, but nothing changes. All you get is an apology and nothing changes in the classroom or with the staff. They definitely defend their staff so don't bother saying anything. The reality is there is only one teacher for 11 toddlers and they really can't do it all but for the amount of money they charge they really should do better at least when it comes to the safety of a child. Every time my daughter got bit they would say it wasn't the same child and they can't give that information which I understand but let's analyze this. Could this be true? I doubt it. The problem is that two out of the three bites they didn't see and failed to report to me so when I brought them up they once again just apologize but in the end it shows how unsupervised this classroom is regardless of all the incidents. You would think they would keep a closer eye on my daughter since she's been a victim of several bites but that's not the case. My daughter went to another daycare and I never had this problem. They were excellent and the only reason I took her out was because it's far from my home. It's frustrating trying to find new daycares and also it's not good to change them so often but how many bites does it take? I'm definitely not gonna hang around any longer to find out. This school looks great on the outside and inside but lacks the most important thing for a parent and that is supervision. If my daughter was properly supervised she would not have been bit so many times in such a short period of time. I understand biting happens with toddlers but my daughter will not be the victim over and over again.

Teachers and staff are loving and caring. They are attentive to my needs if I have any questions and concerns. It’s great that they have cameras. Meals are freshly prepared and cooked at school.
