El doctor excelente mi queja es por el servicio con las resepcionistas porque siempre que hablo me tardan asta 30 min. En el teléfono y cuando pido ayuda en español siento un trato de PACIENTE DE SEGUNDA CLASE ya que me tardan más en el teléfono y nunca recibo una respuesta positiva ya que las que atienden el teléfono siento que no le ponen seriedad a las personas que piden respuestas en español

Dr Kuehn was recommended to me by another Dr in the building. So far I have been waiting an hour for this appointment, which was postponed at the last minute 2 months ago. I can't attest to the care, but I would ask you to consider another Dr. The front staff is seemingly incompetent.

The Moment I walked into Dr. Simon‘s office I knew my experience was going to be completely different than any other Doctor at Sierra Pacific orthopedic. The office staff was friendly, confident, and helpful. I was seen within three minutes of my scheduled appointment time. My first stop was the x-ray lab young lady. There was extremely confident and obviously knew her job well. I went back to the office and gave the young lady my paperwork and was prepared to sit down and wait for an hour. Three minutes later, I was called into doctors examination room. I was immediately asked some very pertinent and specific questions and was told the doctor would be in shortly. Normally shortly as a euphemism for anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes, Dr. Simon came in with a smile on his face within three minutes. I Definitely was in an alternate universe where doctors were concerned about their patients and not about how much money they were going to make. Dr. Simon 20 minutes with me when I left I thought like I had finally… Finally come across the doctor that I was used to 40 years ago. thank you Dr. Simon for your patience, intelligence, humor, and genuine concern.

Staff and Dr. Lee are all knowledgeable and wonderful. My only complaint is that my appointment was on the hour and I sat waiting in the waiting room for 42 minutes then in the back for another 8.

I did see the amazing Dr. Lee and we talked while she checked out my recovery process. She is engaging while being knowledgeable. She offered great suggestions for going forward.

In total, from my appointment time until done was an hour.

Dr. Lee was amazing. She was so thoughtful and caring about exactly where I was with my pain and her care and love to help to get me back to full capacity was incredible...she took her time to answer all questions and was very clear with what my reality was and what my next steps are... highly recommend...

I had limited range of motion in my right shoulder after an injury, and was convinced I would need surgery. Dr. Lee reviewed the x-ray taken at their facility, listened to my concerns, and said that physical therapy was needed-not surgery. After receiving a cortisone shot from Dr. Lee and 6 weeks of PT, I have almost full use of my arm again. Dr. Lee is compassionate, knowledgeable and truly concerned about each person as an individual. I feel fortunate to be one of her patients.

Everyone at Summit Surgery center was great when I had my Rt Shoulder surgery yesterday. Front office staff was pleasant and attentive. Jill was my pre op nurse. Very sweet, caring and patient. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe and confident. Thank you Jill! My OR nurse Courtney, anesthesia doctor and OR techs were all welcoming for the breif encounter i had with them. Post OP continued with the nicest caring people. I can't thank all of you enough, I'm retired but appreciate kindness. I was in the medical field 25 yrs, and it makes all the difference when your caregivers are loving and kind. Dr. Thaxter seems like a great person to work with, he is very patient and kind also, making the whole process really nice. Dr. Thaxter, you guys are doing it right!!! Thank you!
