Major shout out to Ann and Morgan. I started drinking Matcha for the first time this week and they helped me explore and find new ways of trying matcha. Now I’m hooked! They’re both super knowledgeable about the teas and just all around great customer service. Super friendly.

TeBella as an establishment is also great. This location is conveniently placed within Oxford Exchange. The best part is that it opens at 7:30am. The other locations don’t open until 10 and my morning tea is a MUST. The overall quality of the tea is great as well. 10/10 experience. Thanks!!

This is for the tea connoisseur’s ? I whole heartedly recommend Te Bella! I enjoyed a London Fog (Earl grey tea latte). She allowed me to choose my milk and sweetener. She steeped it to perfection and served an entire pot- not just a cup. Heavenly! It’s located in the Oxford exchange, so there is also food and books if you need it. Love the atmosphere here ?

Great service that is super friendly, teas are made fresh on the spot, not filled with random sugars and other BS, and a reasonable price. Shame parking is such a nightmare or I'd go here all the time! Would be sweet if it had another location that was easier to access. Will be back whenver I'm visiting OE.

You can find free (but watch for hours) right outside the door of TeBella and the Oxford Exchange area. Stroll in to take in the Candle making/fun alcohol bar on the right and book shop on the left, moving ahead is the coffee shop on the right and restrooms on you left the TeBella and a sitting area (which is limited) then another area that sells high end cards, book, candles, jewelry, pottery and a few things for children, etc.

TeBella has some food but mostly incredible hot/cold drinks.i had a Matcha latte after being overwhelmed by the choices, my friend had the turmeric ginger tea over ice and my husband had the kukicha (a Japanese green tea made of the stems, stocks and twigs that are excluded from most other teas, very earthy and delicious)

We ended up sitting against the wall in two big blue comfy chairs, my husband and I are rather small and shared a chair and our friend sat in the other chair. Music was fine to have a conversation and will come back to eat at Oxford Exchange (I would recommend having a reservation, we always do).

Had a great experience here a few days ago - Em was super sweet and patient as I struggled to decide between all of the delicious teas, she helped give recommendations based on my preferences. I ended up going with a coconut tea with milk and it was totally delicious! Great service, thanks Em!

What an experience! Today is my second visit (@ St Pete location) and I am a lifelong client because of a couple major factors: the high end ingredients and SHANNON. Shannon is more than someone that works here she is the experience. Her knowledge base and personality is top notch. She makes a connection with you effortlessly. She educates you on the great offerings and caters/makes suggestions based on you. I’m in the medical field and she made recommendations based on my lifestyle, and stress I experience on the job. Wherever this company goes, please make sure Shannon goes with it. I bought this awesome kit and bought refills based on the recommendations. Please visit even if you just try it out. Great white teas, black teas, chais, snacks, etc. and location is awesome. Have a tea, go study there impress some friends or loved ones. Thanks again!!! ?
