I have been going to Total Therapy Northport both before and after my total knee replacement. It has been a very positive experience and I have improved so much in my rehab. The entire staff; Phil, Jenn, Sara and Bridgett are all wonderful. They are friendly, fun, caring and very encouraging. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and have gotten me to take the extra step. Appreciate all they have done for me !

Many thanks to the “amazing team of N.P. Total Therapists” for their help, encouragement, and friendly disposition. Through a combination of specific exercises and movements, my chronic pain has decreased substantially, I am no longer afraid of pain, I have more energy, I can sleep through the night, and my blood pressure and kidneys are within the normal range. Without medication! I feel great physically and emotionally. Staff is helpful and easy scheduling.

My message to all. Move, Exercise ”your therapist can help”, stay with the program. Healing is a long process, and along the way, you need someone to push you and encourage you to stay positive, don’t give up. I had many life blessings and special people that help me heal, and to all, “THANK YOU”.

Total Therapy in North Port was exceptional for my therapy!! In only two weeks time muscles I wasn’t using were activated and my flexibility along with balance improved greatly. Phillip and Jenn helped my form and explained everything I needed to know clearly. I felt that they pushed me just the right amount . I will return here when I have another issue since they were so helpful and knowledgeable!! Thanks to Bridget for being cheerful. Even the other clients were fun.

Jenn,Sara,and Phil are great. They have been helping me with my neck problem. Everyone is very nice. Bridget at the front desk is almost very nice always there to help out.Great people and they have been helping me
